Molto bene

Another year, another website. That is, in fact, incorrect, but still, the ceaseless digital ballet goes on.

Anyway, what better way to christen this refreshed site than with a post about a project I just came home from: rebuilding the roof (at least partially) of a masseria near Brindisi in southern Italy. Over six days all the timbers were hewn and jointed by hand, capped with the truss being raised, again by hand, accompanied by fine food and fine company.
